Project Description

This is a two storey, terraced house. It consists of an entrance hall, garage, living room, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom on the first floor.

The development includes the removal of the existing roof of the garage and kitchen, adding a garage conversion with a new raised flat roof consisting of a storage and a utility room. A single storey flat roof rear extension was also added, consisting of a kitchen and a dining room. An attic conversion with a rear facing flat roof dormer for a home office was also incorporated to the house. A full glazing, electrical and mechanical upgrade was also needed, with an external insulation in the first floor to increase the energy efficiency.
